Kay's Upholstery was Est. in 1976 in Farnham by Kevin Balsdon, Kevin worked as an apprentice at W Coleman & Son (2 Years) , Julian Harvey (1 Year) and Rangers Furniture Store(3 Years). In 1976 Kevin left Rangers and started up his own business. He then began working as a subcontractor for Julian Harvey traveling to several different countries including Brunei, where he worked at the sultans palaces. Kevin has also traveled around the world doing fabric walling for many embassies and celebrities.
Kevin has since moved his workshops to his own house in Fleet. Kevin has also undertaken a large range of upholstery work in farnham and the surrounding area, with many clients returning after 10-20 years to have their furniture recovered again. Kevin prides himself on perfection with the majority of his customers coming from recommendations. Kevin also offers a full guarantee on all of his work. He likes to offer new customers the chance to visit his workshops and view the work being undertaken.
